India is steadily accelerating its transition towards a circular economy by promoting resource efficiency, sustainable production and consumption, and the adoption of innovative waste-to-worth technologies. As one of the world's fastest-growing economies, the country has immense potential to transform waste into valuable resources, reduce dependence on virgin materials, and create new economic opportunities while addressing pressing environmental challenges.
To support this vision, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has been spearheading theWaste to Worth Movement, fostering partnerships among government, industry, academia, start-ups, and international organisations to drive innovation and accelerate the adoption of circular economy practices.
Building on the success of previous editions, CII will organise the 11th International Conference on Waste to Worth Technologies on 26th November 2026 at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi, under the theme "Accelerating Circular Economy Through Innovative Waste-to-Worth Technologies." The Conference has consistently received the support and participation of key stakeholders, including the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Swachh Bharat Mission, Waste to Wealth Mission, along with leading national and international organisations.
The Conference will serve as a premier platform to showcase cutting-edge technologies, promote global technology partnerships, facilitate knowledge exchange, and strengthen collaborative efforts for building a resource-efficient and circular economy.
The 11th International Conference on Waste to Worth Technologies aims to bring together policymakers, industry leaders, technology providers, researchers, academia, start-ups, investors, and international experts to explore innovative solutions and collaborative strategies that accelerate the transition towards a circular economy. The Conference seeks to promote sustainable waste management practices, foster technology adoption, strengthen global partnerships, and facilitate knowledge exchange to transform waste into valuable resources for sustainable economic growth.
